Structural kit package
This includes external wall panels, internal partition panels (incl. non load bearers), upper floor joists including chipboard flooring, roof structure, roof ancillaries (felt, battens, roofline materials etc), structural beams and columns to support timber frame structure and all fixings and adhesives associated with these items.

Wind & watertight kit package
Everything that's included in the structural only kit package with the addition of windows, external personnel doors and rooflights.

Full kit package
This includes everything in the wind and watertight package as well as plasterboard; thermal and acoustic insulation and internal joinery such as stairs, skirting, facings, window cills and aprons.
